Attached is my final tally for 2020. I took my account from $553K to almost $1.725M less $55K I took out of the account this year. With my gains, Sally and I have decided to sell our home here in Vancouver, WA and take the equity to buy our own casa in LaPaz, Mexico. We will rent for two years here locally while we remodel our cabin then spend winters in Mexico and our summers at the cabin.
I couldn't have done all this without your book and your guidance. I will forever be in your debt. My money worries are over!
